Leo Kirby

Leo Kirby is an experienced Irish radio presenter and music programmer based just outside Limerick, Ireland. Best known for his trademark "soft, easy Irish voice" and engaging personality, he has carved out a distinct niche in syndication with his popular radio show, 50 Years and Rolling.

Radio Career & Background

• Early Beginnings: Leo’s passion for broadcasting began on pirate and student radio.
• Hospital & Local Radio: He later transitioned to FM hospital radio. In 2011, his dedication earned him the Limerick Local Presenter of the Year Award for Hospital Radio. He also presented a local show on FM radio for his home city of Limerick. 
• Global Syndication: Over the years, Leo expanded into internet and digital radio. Today, his show 50 Years and Rolling is broadcast by multiple syndication networks worldwide, reaching listeners across the UK, Ireland, and as far as Australia.

• Versatile Taste: Leo's playlists are heavily diverse. Personal Life

Outside the recording studio, Leo is a massive rugby fan, a passion he proudly shares with his fellow countrymen in Ireland. One of his sons currently lives in Perth, Australia, which inspired him to also syndicate his music on the Australian volunteer network, MITE Radio
